Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund will be made within a week of the request sent by the clients

 

If the clients want to cancel the service renewal they should make a request through the support email ID of AdAired Digital Media that is info@adaired.com at least 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

 

In case clients want to terminate the service, then they shall bring this to the notice of AdAired Digital Media through the support email info@adaired.com at least 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

 

If the cancellation is being requested after the starting of the billing cycles, then the amount that would be equivalent to the working house put into the client’s project during that month will be billable and the client will be entitled to pay the amount.

 

The amount of refund will be credited in the same account from which the payment for the service was made within a week of service cancellation.

*AdAired Digital Media has the right to amend the above-mentioned Refund and Cancellation policies at any time. We can bring change to the Refund and Cancellation policies to the time of an ongoing contract. However, any change made will be brought to the client through us.
